Thank you for choosing me to be your hairstylist. I take it seriously that you entrust me with the health and style of your hair and I’m really looking forward to your appointment with me!
You’ll want to arrive early. I have some paperwork for you to complete and we’ll want plenty of time to discuss your hair goals.

I have a private room in the beautiful Phenix Salon Suites. Part of Orange County’s salon protocol for Covid-19 is that I must only work on 1 person at a time (which I normally do anyways) and have 15 minutes between each guest for disinfection and cleaning. Our front door is also to remain locked so when you arrive please text me from the comfort of your car. I will text you back when I am ready for you and will meet you at the front door. You are required to wear a mask while we walk through the common area but you are not required to wear one while you are getting your service.

Wash your hair 24-48 hours BEFORE ANY COLOR, HIGHLIGHT, OR HAIRCUT SERVICE, I HIGHLY recommend using a Clarifying Shampoo. Your Color or Highlight service will also be more successful if we start with clean hair and I DRY CUT hair before the shampoo and after, as I find its more precise.
The best way to reach me is @ email@example.com. While you’re a client of mine I ask that you not Opt Out of my emails. I occasionally email important information and specials you won’t want to miss. So make sure my emails don’t fall into your spam folder!
CANCELLATIONS: To provide you with the best possible scheduling options, I require a 48 hour notice of cancellation. Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than a 48 hour notice will be charged a fee of $25. The cancellation fee must be paid before another appointment can be booked by invoice via Square online.
After I receive a notification that you’ve paid, your rescheduled appointment will be approved. I do not accept cancellations by text, you must either cancel online from my booking software or call 407.900.3656 to leave a message.

I rent a private room at Phenix Salon Suites and do all my booking online. You book here on this website or download the Iphone or Android Vagaro app, which most of clients prefer using. If you need help with booking please email me at firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you need to reach me immediately during my working hours or you are running late PLEASE call 407.900.3656 so I get a notification to check my messages. If you’re more than 15 minutes late you may have to be rescheduled.
Below is an aerial map area around the Phenix Salon Suites located on the corner of Fairbanks and South New York. We have 3 parking areas for our customers – (1) behind PNC Bank, (2) the parking lot surrounding our building, and (3) a dirt overflow parking area behind KeKe’s parking lot. If it’s your first time, you’ll want to arrive at least 10-15 min before your appointment to familiarize yourself with the area. Finding parking in Winter Park can be challenging, ESPECIALLY Fridays and Saturday and between the hours of 12pm – 2pm during the week.
